The machine operates at very high speed and can recondition dies in a very short time of period. It provides accurate and precise angles on re-cut dies.
The customers can achieve mirror polish using diamond suspension and steel pins with compressed air pressure. The electrical spindle speed is 24,000 RPM. It can grind and polish angles and bearing in one operation. This machine is suitable for die hole size 0.5 to 20 mm approx. TCD-10 saves diamond slurry/paste and has less power consumption.
