Cords Cable Industries Ltd has bagged an export order worth over USD 2.18 million from its worldwide recognized French customer for supplies to the state of Kuwait.

onfirmed Cords’ core competency in offering high quality, tailor-made customised cables at a competitive price, with its well recognised service and unfailing commitment. It further strengthens company’s position in the overseas markets, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Meanwhile, the order is received for the supply of a variety of low voltage cables, including control instrumentation and power cables, valuing over USD 2.18 million to OTV International under a supply and erection contract which OTV has entered into with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity and Water for a Desalination Plant in the State of Kuwait, the filing added.
