Madem Reels Group is the leading wooden reels manufacturing in the world. We ship around 550 containers/trucks of wooden reels every month from our plants located in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Spain and Bahrain. Today, the name – ‘Madem’ represents over 70 years of industry experience in the wooden-reel market and we’ve been supplying to 120 cable companies in more than 45 countries.
All of our wooden cable drums are made from renewable pine that is procured from reforested areas and are green certified (www.fsc.org and www.PEFC.org). Our drums are made only from 100% Kiln Dried and HT (Heat Treated) ISPM 15 certified lumber and hence, all our wooden reels are 100% HT ISPM 15 certified and stamped as well. Our production lines are fully automatic with robots, CNC’s and ink jet printers.
In 2019, Madem Reels Group established its manufacturing plant in Mexico and Columbia, a distribution center in Houston and a new wood pellet line in Bahrain.
