Bhagyanagar India Limited, a copper wire manufacturer in India, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Tieramet Limited, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, with an authorised capital of INR 1 lakh.

The subsidiary will enable the company to carry on the business of manufacturing and belongs, processing of copper and copper-based products for various industrial applications, including electrical and telecommunications. It also operates in the renewable energy sector, developing and supplying clean energy systems and technologies.

Tieramet Limited was incorporated on August 29, 2025 and is yet to obtain a certificate of commencement of business.
