Diamond Power strengthens its domestic order book after securing a significant power cable supply contract from EPC major Hild Projects.

Diamond Power has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Hild Projects Private Limited for the supply of power cables worth INR 66.18 crore, excluding GST.

The order has been awarded on a kilometre-rate basis with a price variation (PV) formula, a standard mechanism in EPC contracts to mitigate raw material price volatility.
As per the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the contract is from a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transactions. Diamond Power also clarified that its promoters and promoter group entities have no interest in Hild Projects.

The order will be executed over a six-month period from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, and will support ongoing infrastructure and power sector projects undertaken by the EPC contractor.
