Havells India has appointed industry veteran Manjit Singh Sethi as President – Cables, bringing over 35 years of electrical sector leadership experience to the role.

Havells India Limited announced the appointment of Manjit Singh Sethi as President – Cables, effective December 15, 2025, in a senior management move disclosed to stock exchanges.

Sethi, who has more than three decades of experience in the electrical industry, has held key leadership positions at firms including ABB India (now Hitachi Energy) and KEC International, driving growth in transformer and cable businesses and working on renewable EPC strategies.

An electrical engineering graduate from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, Sethi also holds an M.Tech in Management Studies from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Havells clarified this is a senior management appointment and not a change at the board level.
