Lämneå Bruk will showcase No Twist Coiler (NTC) – an innovative take-up solution designed to produce twist-free wire coils, a fully automatic Precision Layer Winder, developed for efficient and reliable rewinding operations, a wire drawing machine and a sandpaper descaler at wire Düsseldorf, illustrating Lämneå Bruk’s broad process expertise and system thinking across the entire wire production line.

At wire Düsseldorf, Lämneå Bruk is proud to present its largest exhibition presence to date. For the first time, we will welcome visitors at two booths in Hall 9 – our traditional location at the hall entrance (9A06) and a second booth directly opposite across the aisle (9A07). This expanded presence allows us to bring more machines onto the show floor and demonstrate our technology live.

Throughout the event, two machines will be running several times a day, giving visitors a hands-on look at efficient, high-precision wire handling in real operation.

One key highlight is the No Twist Coiler (NTC) – an innovative take-up solution designed to produce twist-free wire coils. The NTC enables flexible coil sizes and shapes, as well as drum winding, ensuring minimal scrap and maximum usability. Its specially designed flyer allows increased line speeds of up to 40 m/s, enhancing both productivity and coil quality. We will also display a fully automatic Precision Layer Winder, developed for efficient and reliable rewinding operations. With winding accuracy down to one hundredth of a millimetre and a fully automatic spool exchange, the machine significantly reduces manual labour while enabling continuous, uninterrupted production. Complementing the live demonstrations, visitors can also explore a wire drawing machine and a sandpaper descaler, illustrating Lämneå Bruk’s broad process expertise and system thinking across the entire wire production line.

Beyond the machines, Lämneå Bruk invites visitors to engage with the company in a more interactive way. Games with the chance to win giveaways, an interactive factory tour offering insights into Lämneå Bruk’s production facilities, and other hands-on activities provide a relaxed and engaging way to learn more about the company, its people, and its approach to wire drawing solutions.
