Gyan Pandey has joined Polycab as its Chief Digital and Information Officer. Mr. Pandey is a seasoned technology and digital leader with over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and enterprise IT.

Prior to joining Polycab, he served as Chief Digital Officer/ Head – Digital at Voltas Limited – A TATA Enterprise, where he led the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

With his new position, he will lead digital transformation initiatives across diverse geographies and business sectors, aligning Polycab’s strategies with business unit needs. He will collaborate with top executives to drive innovation and process automation. He will also foster a data-driven culture, improving performance through digital channels, and advocate for the “Digital First” agenda, delivering transformative outcomes. He will also enhance the organization’s technological landscape, and build internal capabilities to manage technological shifts.
