Polycab India has appointed Mr. Niyant Maru as CFO, effective October 28, 2025. He will succeed Mr. Gandharv Tongia who has resigned from the company due to personal matters.

Mr. Maru was earlier the CFO for Vistara and Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited.
He brings over three decades of experience in the financial sector and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Mr. Maru has also served as the Executive President in Finance.
