POWERGRID recently inaugurated its transmission experience centre at Manesar. The inauguration of the centre was done by Shri RK Tyagi, CMD with other senior officials also present at the occasion. The state-of-the-art experience centre features a 400 kV AIS bay, 400 kV GIS bay, auxiliary systems, transmission tower and hardware displays, an AR/VR training facility, as well as protection system and SCADA modules. Designed to be a game-changer in the field of transmission training, the facility offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to critical transmission components and systems.
