Rajesh Power Services has secured an INR 143.11 crore turnkey contract from DGVCL to modernize Gujarat’s power network with underground cabling.

Rajesh Power Services Limited has been awarded a turnkey contract worth INR 143.11 crore by Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL) to convert existing 11/22 kV HT networks to underground cables (MVCC) in Valsad city, Valsad rural, and Surat rural areas. The project is expected to be completed over an 18-month period and aims to strengthen the firm’s presence in Gujarat’s power infrastructure sector.

The initiative is aligned with Rajesh Power’s ongoing efforts to enhance urban power reliability, reduce maintenance requirements, and deliver a safer and more efficient electricity supply across the region. The company confirmed that this contract was received in the ordinary course of business and does not involve any related-party transactions.
