UltraTech Cement has appointed Sanjay Talreja as Senior Vice President for its Cables & Wires business, marking a key leadership addition as the company diversifies beyond cement. In his new role, Mr. Talreja will spearhead plant manufacturing, capital expenditure (capex), and operations, supporting UltraTech’s expansion into high-growth adjacent segments.

Prior to joining UltraTech, he served as Site Head (Vice President) at Havells India Ltd, where he played a significant role in enhancing manufacturing capabilities through greenfield and brownfield projects.

He also brings over a decade of leadership experience from Sterlite Electric, where he held key roles across multiple plant operations.
