Borouge has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KEI Industries Ltd to explore a strategic collaboration in India’s power transmission and distribution sector. The MoU was signed by Mr Roland Janssen, Chief Executive Officer of Borouge, and Mr Anil Gupta, Managing Director of KEI Industries.

Under the agreement, Borouge will leverage its innovative cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), manufactured in the UAE, for use in power cables produced by KEI Wires and Cables, one of India’s leading cable manufacturers. The collaboration aims to support the development of high-quality, reliable power grid infrastructure across the country.
