AkijBashir Group launches AkijBashir Cables, introducing Bangladesh’s first three-layer insulated electrical wires for enhanced safety standards nationwide.

AkijBashir Group has officially entered the electrical wire and cable sector with the launch of its new brand, AkijBashir Cables. The company unveiled Bangladesh’s first three-layer insulated cables, manufactured using advanced technology and pure copper conductors.

Designed to withstand temperatures up to 105°C, the cables offer superior heat resistance and protection, setting new benchmarks in electrical safety for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The brand was officially unveiled by AkijBashir Group Chief Operating Officer Mohammod Khourshed Alam, in the presence of the group’s top management, including Deputy Managing Director Helal Ahmed and Head of Business – Cable Operations Mohammad Omar Faruke, along with other senior officials.
