KSH International’s Unit 3 in Chakan, Pune, continues manufacturing round enamelled copper and aluminium winding wires following the reported renewal of its factory licence, extending operational validity through December 31, 2030.

KSH International’s Unit 3 at Chakan, Pune, manufactures round enamelled copper and aluminium winding wires, with an annual installed capacity of 7,484 MT for standard and specialised winding wires. The unit has reportedly received renewal of its factory licence from Maharashtra’s Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, extending its validity until December 31, 2030.

The licence renewal supports continued operations of the company’s enamel wire division. Meanwhile, KSH International’s total annualised installed capacity increased to 43,445 MT as of March 31, 2026, from 29,045 MT in FY25. The company has also commissioned a 5,000 MTPA upcast copper rod facility (Unit 5) at Chakan, Pune, supporting its backward integration initiatives.
