LS Cable has bagged an extra-high voltage cable supply contract worth around 700 billion won (USD 482 million) in the United States.

LS Cable disclosed that its North American subsidiary, LSCSA (LS Cable Systems America Inc), has signed a cable supply contract with a local U.S. company. The contract involves the supply of 345kV underground extra-high voltage cables, as well as electrical construction and completion test services. The contract also includes EHV submarine cable.

The contract ordering party’s name has not been disclosed due to confidentiality reasons. The contract periods run from October 9-15, 2029, and April 13, 2030, respectively. The conditions such as contract amount and period may change in the future.
