Temperature sensing, electrical heating and specialised cable solutions provider, Tempsens Instruments (India) Ltd. will launch its IPO on August 20. The price band has been fixed at INR 285–300 per equity share, with the issue closing on August 24. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to INR 95 crore and an Offer-for-Sale of up to 1.85 crore equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the IPO is valued at INR 650 crore, implying a post-issue market capitalisation of approximately INR 2,515 crore.

The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds towards capital expenditure for its electrical heating and specialised cable businesses, repayment of debt and general corporate purposes. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 28.
