Transrail Lighting Limited has secured new orders worth more than INR 574 crore, mainly in its core domestic Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business. The orders include EPC projects for transmission lines, transmission-line reconductoring with supply of HTLS conductors from its factories, and supply of poles. A major contribution has come from reconductoring transmission lines using carbon-core HTLS conductors manufactured at its Silvassa plant. The company also has an additional INR 694 crore worth of orders where it is L1.
