German Technology Leader SIKORA Acquired by MAAG Group For EUR 550 Million

The cooperation between the MAAG Group and SIKORA AG opens up a wide range of technological and geographical synergies. SIKORA’s expertise in measuring and control technology ideally complements the MAAG Group’s portfolio in the areas of pump, filtration and pelletizing systems.

The MAAG Group, leading international group of companies for integrated solutions in polymer processing and part of the Dover Corporation, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SIKORA AG, leading German manufacturer of innovative measuring, control and sorting technologies for a wide range of industries, for EUR 550 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
