At its 32nd Annual General Meeting, RR Kabel announced that it has achieved the significant milestone of surpassing USD 1 billion in revenue. Chairman Ramesh D. Chandak highlighted the achievement while outlining the company’s operational and financial performance, leadership transition, enhanced shareholder value, and strategic roadmap for sustainable growth. All ten resolutions placed before shareholders at the AGM were approved with the requisite majority.
