Laser Power & Infra has won new orders worth INR 836 crore from NTPC, Kanpur Electric Supply Company (KESCo), and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JDVVNL) for utility sector projects.

These contracts fall under Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS), and involve the supply of the company’s in-house manufactured power cables, conductors, and system-strengthening materials.

The company received an INR 422.11 crore project from KESCo that included the supply of cables and conductors and INR 212.06 crore from NTPC, J&K for loss-reduction work in Udhampur ad Reasi. The company will supply HT/LT cables, AB cables, and overhead conductors as a major proportion of this project. And lastly, JDVVNL Rajasthan has INR 202.13 crore order placed for feeder segregation and infrastructural development, anchored around the company’s in-house manufactured distribution conductors and cabling systems.
