Aditya Infotech signs 50:50 joint venture with Orient Cables to manufacture LAN, CCTV cables, and allied products in India market.

Aditya Infotech Limited has executed a 50:50 joint venture agreement with Orient Cables (India) Limited to manufacture electric cables and related products. The proposed JV will focus on producing LAN cables, CCTV cables, terminated assemblies, connectors, and other allied products, primarily for domestic markets.

Both companies will hold equal stake and jointly control the venture, which is yet to be incorporated. The products will be supplied to both partners and their customers as per agreed terms.

The partnership is aimed at enabling backward integration, ensuring reliable supply, improving cost efficiency, and strengthening quality control and operational effectiveness.
