Havells India Limited has appointed Varun Berry as an Additional Director (Independent), effective April 22, 2026.

Mr. Berry brings over four decades of leadership experience in consumer businesses. He was previously associated with Britannia Industries Limited serving as Managing Director and CEO. He has also worked with leading global companies such as Hindustan Unilever Limited and PepsiCo, handling leadership roles across India and international markets.

He has also completed a Strategic Management course from Wharton School and attended the Global Leadership Program at IMD Business School. He is not related to any director of the company, in line with governance requirements as shared by the company.
