KEC International has secured new orders worth INR 1,030 crores across transmission, renewables, and cables and conductors businesses, strengthening its order book.

KEC International Limited, a global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) major of the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth INR 1,030 crores across its various businesses. In Transmission & Distribution (T&D), the company has secured an order for a 400 kV transmission line in Bhutan, an additional order for a 380 kV transmission line in Saudi Arabia, and orders for the supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas.

In the Renewables segment, KEC International has secured an order for a 300+ MW wind project from a renowned private developer in Southern India. The company’s Cables & Conductors business has also secured multiple orders in domestic and international markets.

Commenting on the order wins, Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO, KEC International, said that the T&D business had strengthened its order book through multiple wins, including the company’s re-entry into Bhutan, further diversifying its international footprint. He added that the Renewables business continues to gain momentum in the wind EPC segment, with the latest order adding a prominent private developer to its client portfolio.
