KEC International Ltd., an RPG Group company and global infrastructure EPC major, has secured new orders worth INR 1,303 crore across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Cables & Conductors businesses.

The company’s latest order intake includes projects under its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business, covering a 400 kV transmission line in Northern India, 380 kV transmission lines in Saudi Arabia, and the supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas. Its Cables & Conductors business has also secured various orders in India and overseas markets.

Commenting on the order wins, Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director & CEO, KEC International Ltd., said that the company was pleased with the new orders amid a challenging environment. He highlighted that the India T&D business had secured a prestigious order from an existing private client for a transmission line project to evacuate power from a hydroelectric plant in Northern India.
KEC’s international T&D business has also strengthened its presence in the Middle East through multiple order wins in Saudi Arabia. According to Kejriwal, the outlook for the T&D business remains robust, supported by the company’s strong L1 position, a large pipeline of opportunities and sustained demand across its key markets.

With the latest orders, KEC International’s year-to-date order intake has crossed INR 7,600 crore. The company said the new orders will play a key role in driving its targeted growth going forward.
