Aeroflex Neu Limited has approved the acquisition of a 55% stake in Aerolex Cables Private Limited for INR 31 crore, marking its entry into wire and cable manufacturing and exports.

Aeroflex Neu Limited, a material subsidiary of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited, has approved the acquisition of 110,000 equity shares of Aerolex Cables Private Limited, representing 55% of its issued and paid-up share capital, for INR 31 crore.

Upon completion, Aerolex Cables will become a subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu. The company may acquire additional shares in subsequent tranches, subject to definitive agreements.

The acquisition will enable Aeroflex Neu to enter the manufacturing and export of wire and wire-related products, broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the AI infrastructure and data centre sectors.
