RR Kabel Limited has completed the acquisition of the business undertaking of U M Cables Limited (UMCL) through a slump sale on a going-concern basis, effective from the closing hours of October 31, 2026. The transaction was executed under the Business Transfer Agreement dated September 25, 2026, among RR Kabel Limited, U M Cables Limited and Usha Martin Limited.
