JD Cables Ltd is expanding its product portfolio with the introduction of MVCC, AL-59 conductors, HTLS conductors and HT cables as part of its next growth phase.

The new products will be manufactured at the company’s recently acquired 1.18 lakh sq. ft. facility in Jamshedpur, which is expected to become operational in phases during FY27. Management said the additions will enable the company to cater to a wider range of customer requirements in the power transmission and distribution sector.

According to the company, the new product lines are expected to deliver better margins than its existing cable and conductor business while strengthening its position with state electricity boards and EPC contractors.
