Laser Power and Infra Pvt. Ltd. has announced the launch of its IPO on July 09, 2026. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth INR 542 crore, and offer for sale (OFS) shares worth INR 200 crore. The company has set up a fixed price band of INR 203-214 per share.

The company plans to utilise INR 490 crore from the fresh issue proceeds for repayment of its borrowings while the remaining amount will be used for general corporate purpose.
