L&T’s Power Transmission & Distribution business has secured multiple EPC orders across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and India to strengthen transmission infrastructure and facilitate renewable energy evacuation.

Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) business has secured multiple EPC orders in India and overseas markets, covering power transmission infrastructure, substations and renewable energy evacuation.

In Saudi Arabia, PT&D has won orders in the 380 kV transmission and substation segments. The projects will support transmission capacity augmentation and renewable energy evacuation, strengthening the country’s power transmission network and enabling greater integration of renewable energy into the grid.
In the United Arab Emirates, PT&D has secured an order for the construction of 132/11 kV substations and associated cabling works. In India, the business has received an order from a leading private sector developer to establish a transmission system in Visakhapatnam, comprising transmission lines and substations.
