Swastik Infra has received a landmark order, equivalent to around 1.2 times Swastika Infra’s FY26 revenue, marks its entry into Maharashtra and takes its unexecuted order book to around INR 1,400 crore.

Swastika Infra Limited has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) worth approximately INR 615.76 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the development of distribution infrastructure and system strengthening works in Bhandup Zone, Maharashtra.

The order is the largest single order in Swastika Infra’s history, equivalent to approximately 1.2 times the company’s FY26 revenue of INR 504 crore. The win also marks the company’s entry into Maharashtra and follows its recently concluded IPO, through which it raised approximately INR 130 crore.

The project scope includes the development of new substations, HT/LT lines and distribution transformers, along with augmentation of existing infrastructure, underground cabling, renovation works, GIS mapping, asset tagging and other allied works.
