Network cables and optical fibre manufacturer, Orient Cables India Limited has fixed the price band for its INR 552 crore IPO at INR 258–272 per share. The public issue is scheduled to open for subscription on September 25, 2026, and comprises a fresh issue of INR 320 crore and an OFS of INR 232 crore. The issue will remain open until September 29, while the anchor book is scheduled to open on September 24.

Of the fresh issue proceeds, around INR 91.5 crore is proposed for machinery, equipment and civil works at its manufacturing facilities, while INR 155.5 crore will be used for repayment of borrowings. The remaining proceeds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
