Bhadora Industries Limited (Vidhut Cables) has secured a purchase order worth INR 38.64 crore for the supply of power cables from a reputed Indian energy infrastructure and transmission company. The order was received on October 29, 2026, in the normal course of business.

The awarding entity’s name has not been disclosed due to a non-disclosure clause. The order is domestic in nature and involves the supply of power cables. Bhadora Industries is scheduled to execute the order between October 29, 2026, and March 31, 2027.

The company disclosed the order in a filing dated October 30, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It also clarified that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
