RR Kabel Limited has approved an investment of up to INR 200 crore for the acquisition of land in Rajasthan, marking a step towards strengthening its manufacturing footprint and supporting future business expansion. The decision was taken at the company’s Board Meeting held on October 28, 2026.

The Rajasthan land acquisition is intended to cater to the company’s future expansion plans and business requirements. However, the company has not disclosed the proposed location, land area or specific manufacturing activities planned for the acquired land.

Alongside the proposed land acquisition, the Board has approved the relocation of the company’s existing manufacturing unit in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, to a new location at Khasra No. 253, Village Laksheri, Tehsil Bhagwanpur, Roorkee. According to the company, the relocation is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and increasing production capacity.
