The move consolidates Kodiak’s foothold in the specialty chemical realm and strengthens its position as a leading process fluid provider by expanding its product portfolio to include powder-based chemicals for a variety of industrial applications, such as wire drawing.
The Oklahoma-based company, which is setting its eyes on niche global markets, has bolstered its manufacturing and distribution capacities to cater to an expanding clientele.
Kodiak is the leading supplier of chemicals for the steel, automotive, energy, and aerospace industries and boasts of an expansive product portfolio, which includes fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, rolling oils, metalworking fluids, corrosion inhibitors, and polymeric resins.
