Bansal Wire Industries Ltd has announced a multi-pronged growth strategy focusing on capacity expansion, specialty product scaling and disciplined capital allocation, as outlined in its latest investor communication.

The company expanded its installed capacity to approximately 6.8 lakh metric tons during FY26, supported by the addition of around 1.2 lakh tons at its Dadri facility, bringing the total capacity to nearly 8 lakh tons by the end of FY27, with additional expansions aimed at maintaining a targeted annual growth rate of around 20%.
A key highlight of the growth roadmap is the expansion of its Induction Heat Treated (IHT) wire segment. The company reported strong initial traction in Phase I, with capacity ramp-up exceeding expectations. Phase II is currently underway, which will add 6,000 tons to the existing 9,000-ton capacity, indicating growing momentum in value-added and specialty wire products.

On the capital expenditure front, Bansal Wire has adopted a calibrated approach for FY27, with planned investments in the range of INR 150–200 crore.
