Laser Power & Infra Ltd has received a provisional Letter of Intent from the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) for the allotment of approximately 40 acres of land at Vidyasagar Industrial Park, Kharagpur. The land will be allotted on a 99-year long-term lease.

The proposed facility will manufacture integrated power cables and conductors and is expected to support the company’s manufacturing capacity expansion and improve supply chain efficiency. The land allotment remains subject to the terms and conditions specified in the LOI, with the company required to complete the prescribed formalities before executing the lease and commencing the project.
