Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DPIL) has received a purchase order dated September 16, 2026, from a domestic EPC contractor for the supply of power cables and conductors for an urban power infrastructure project of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) in the Bhandup region of Maharashtra. The order is valued at approximately INR 263.25 crore, inclusive of GST.

The order covers MV and LV XLPE underground power cables, overhead conductors and control cables, manufactured to MSEDCL specifications. The project falls under urban power distribution infrastructure and includes underground cabling and strengthening of overhead lines.

The supplies will be manufactured at DPIL’s integrated facility in Vadadala, Vadodara, Gujarat. MV XLPE underground cables form a core component of the order and are intended to support reliable, weather-resilient and space-efficient urban distribution networks. The supplied products carry a guarantee of 66 months from the date of supply or 60 months from commissioning, whichever is earlier.
