Polycab India Limited has announced redesignation of key managerial positions, along with an extension for tenure.

Polycab India has announced changes in its senior management structure effective May 06, 2026. Mr. Ishwinder Khurana has been redesignated as Chief Executive Officer – B2C, while Mr. Hetal Shah has been appointed Chief Executive Officer – EPC.

Mr. Ashish D. Jain will serve as Chief Executive Officer – Telecom, and Mr. Rakesh Talati has been redesignated as Director (Non-Board Member) – Operations and Chief Operations Officer.

The company has also updated its list of senior managerial personnel following changes in the organizational reporting structure. Mr. Ritesh Arora, President & Chief Digital Officer, and Mr. Rakesh Rajput, President & Head – B2B Sales (North and East), have been included in the revised reporting framework.

Additionally, the Board has approved the extension of Mr. Niyant Maru’s tenure as Chief Financial Officer from July 17, 2026, to April 16, 2027.
