Ailing Hindustan Cables may help National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) which is facing the problem of land acquisition for its proposed power project in Bengal’s Katwa.
Hindustan Cables Limited has offered almost 973 acres near Asansol to the power major for setting up a thermal power plant. The company has already written a formal letter to NTPC.
