Participating in Wire Germany Fair 2018 at Dusseldorf was indeed a fulfilling experience for the company. Ajex & Turner’s revolutionary VNT Nano dies were the center of attraction for the visitors. Being low in cost but higher in output with additional metal saving feature, the VNT Nano dies gathered the attention and many visitors opted for these dies for their future production. Being for complex application, the sector/trapezoidal dies were also very much appreciated.
Many new customers visited Ajex’s booth and witnessed their upgraded three head wire polishing and regrinding machine WPM-3, which grind and polish angles and bearing of three dies at one time and even that in one operation. This machine also saves time, energy, and is very cost effective. Visitors showed their keen interest in the machine after live demo.
Ajex is continuously indulged in developing different technologies in the field of wire dies and tooling and machines. The revolutionary VNT Nano and sector/trapezoidal dies are the best example among the company’s technologies. The Bangkok fair has been a learning experience for the company, where Ajex & Turner got to know the different technical requirements of the customers.
