Adani Green Energy Established 4 Step Down Subsidiaries

Adani Green Energy has integrated four step-down subsidiaries — Adani Renewable Energy Sixty, Adani Renewable Power Sixty Two, Adani Renewable Power Sixty Three, and Adani Renewable Power Sixty Four, each having an approved and paid proportion capital of INR 1 lakh. Adani Green Energy submitted a regulatory filing, stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Ltd has absorbed four wholly-owned subsidiaries – Adani Renewable Power Sixty Ltd (ARE60L), Adani Renewable Power Sixty Two Ltd (ARE62L), Adani Renewable Power Sixty 3 Ltd (ARE63L) and Adani Renewable Power Sixty 4 Ltd (ARE64L). The company said in the filing that the principal goal of the new subsidiaries is to develop, generate, transmit, distribute, sale, transform, and supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind, Sun, or other renewable assets of power. The subsidiaries, integrated thus, are registered with the Registrar of Firms, Gujarat in Ahmedabad.
