Adani Green Energy Limited’s subsidiary, Adani Wind Energy Kutchh Five Limited has commissioned a 130 MW Wind Power Plant at Kutchh, Gujarat. As per company statement, AGEL’s operational wind generation capacity has increased to 1,101 MW after commissioning.

Adani Wind Energy Kutchh Five Limited has commissioned a 130 MW Wind Power Plant at Kutchh, Gujarat. The plant has a power purchase agreement of 130 MW for 25 years at INR 2.83 per kWh, with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). The plant, after commissioning, will be managed by the Adani Group’s intelligent ‘Energy Network Operation Centre’ (ENOC) platform.

In a press statement, the company shared, “With the successful commissioning of this plant, AGEL’s operational wind generation capacity has increased to 1,101 MW and the total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 8,216 MW.” The statement shared that this places AGEL’s total renewable portfolio well on track to reach its vision of 45 GW capacity by 2030.
